StereoVision Preparing SVSN Form 10 SEC Filing puts REZN8 IPO on Hold

PRESS RELEASE: Hollywood, California (9/25/2013) Stereo Vision Entertainment Inc. (OTC:SVSN) announced today that to comply with all current SEC requirements the Company is filing a Form 10.

StereoVision’s CEO Jack Honour stated, “In our continuing efforts to create shareholder value, management believes that at this time the SVSN shareholders will be best served by completing an SEC Form 10 filing. Therefore we’re putting the REZN8 IPO on hold and have instructed legal, accounting, and our SEC auditors to as quickly as possible prepare SVSN’s Form 10. We plan to move SVSN from the Pinksheets to the highest level exchange for which we qualify.”
