ObamaCare Health Insurance Website Fails But Instamour Video Dating App Wins

in Press Releases

Obama’s new health insurance program heavily relied on a new website that was built by outside contractors to help Americans get free or cheap health insurance.  Unfortunately, as most people know, the website barely worked, and just a handful of citizens were able to sign up for the new ObamaCare program.  According to this CBS News Report, the website actually failed to work even before the launch date, but officials still released the website to the public.  This was a huge fiasco, and still is, as the government scrambles to get new programmers to successfully complete the development of this behemoth portal.

Coincidentally, on their launch day, new video dating mobile app Instamour was able to get 50 times more users than the ObamaCare website.  Since their launch, Instamour has been continuously gaining ground with thousands of people downloading the app all around the world.  To top things off, they are an official sponsor for Q102’s Jingle Ball which will feature performances by Robin Thicke, Flo Rida, Fall Out Boy, Austin Mahone, Paramore, Avril Lavigne, Fifth Harmony, Jason Derulo, Icona Pop and more.

When asked how his app was able to handle the influx of users, CEO and Founder Jason Sherman said, “We made sure our database was secure and scalable.  We are using Amazon EC2 and S3, which is powerful, and can handle the load.  Our code is also written properly, we constantly diagnose bugs, and rectify them with viable solutions as quickly as possible.”   The question here is, why didn’t the team behind the ObamaCare website do the same thing?  They are the government after all, and have a lot more money than a bootstrapped tech startup does.  The Instamour team even made a parody video showing the frustration associated with the ObamaCare website that you can see here.

If you want to use a technology that works, Instamour is free to use and is currently available on the Apple App store, and coming soon on the Google Play marketplace.  By downloading Instamour, you will automatically be entered to win a pair of tickets to Q102’s Jingle Ball 2013 plus the best male and female video will win back stage passes to meet and greet with the performing artist of your choice!  This year’s official charity for Q102’s Jingle Ball is the Ryan Seacrest Foundation – $1.00 of each ticket sold will be donated to the non-profit organization
