Ayzenberg Group Expands Senior-Level Social Strategy and Real-Time Creative Capabilities

LIGHTNING RELEASES — PASADENA, Calif. — March 25, 2014 — Ayzenberg Group, one of the largest independent full-service agencies on the West Coast, has made four senior-level additions to the agency’s social media division, augmenting its strategic and real-time creative capabilities. 

Tomos Evans has joined Ayzenberg as Director of Social, while Tanner Teale and Kate Beall have joined as Art Director and Social Media Copywriter, respectively. Under the direction of newly appointed, Vice President of Social Rebecca Markarian, the move expands the collective strategic and creative brainpower of the social team. With the new structure, [a] Social operates in an agile environment with social strategists working side-by-side with designers, copywriters and analysts to develop real-time content for clients’ social channels and nimbly adjust strategy based on results.

Evans, with diverse experience working at agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Cake UK and Red Consultancy, will provide strategy and leadership for the growing array of social media clients by managing ongoing social media efforts.  The social creative will be led by Art Director, Tanner Teale, and Copywriter, Kate Beall. With focused digital and social backgrounds, this team works quickly,   creating real-time custom content side-by-side with social strategists and client leads. Markarian’s promotion to Vice President of Social follows an increase of business under her tenure and the growing importance of a social media strategy plan for clients. Markarian together with Evans, Teale and Beall and other key management team members will run [a] Social, focusing efforts on creating best-in-class social media campaigns.
